SOL takes place over 4 DAYS — 20TH–23RD MAY 2027 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴.

We strongly recommend booking your trip for:

✈️ ARRIVE: Wednesday 19th May 2027

🌴 SOL: Thursday 20th – Sunday 23rd May 2027

✈️ DEPART: Monday 24th May 2027

Arriving the day before gives you time to check into your accommodation, get settled and be ready for Day 1.

SOL will take place across multiple venues and locations around Punta Cana throughout the four days.

This isn’t just one event in one venue — you’re coming for a full destination experience.

🏨 WHAT LOCATION SHOULD I STAY IN?

We recommend staying around Bávaro / Punta Cana, particularly somewhere with easy access to the main nightlife and tourist areas.

Recommended areas include:

📍 El Cortecito

📍 Downtown Punta Cana

Staying around Bávaro or Downtown Punta Cana is a good option if you want access to restaurants, nightlife and popular locations such as Coco Bongo.

✈️ WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLIGHTS & ACCOMMODATION?

THE EARLIER, THE BETTER!

We strongly recommend not leaving your flights and accommodation until the last minute.

As we get closer to May 2027, flight prices and hotel rates may increase and some of the best accommodation options may become unavailable.

Booking early gives you a better chance of getting:

We recommend booking through one of our trusted travel partners, particularly if you don’t want to pay for the entire trip upfront.

No.

Unless your specific ticket/package states otherwise, flights and accommodation are booked separately from your SOL event ticket.

This allows you to choose accommodation that suits your group, budget and preferences.

No.

Unless specifically stated within your package, you will need to arrange your own flights to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

🏨 SHOULD I BOOK MY OWN HOTEL OR USE A SOL TRAVEL PARTNER?

You can absolutely arrange your own flights and accommodation.

However, if you’re unsure about where to stay, which flights to choose or how to spread the cost, we recommend speaking to one of our trusted travel partners first.

🏡 CAN I BOOK AN AIRBNB INSTEAD OF A HOTEL?

Yes!

You are welcome to book an Airbnb or villa instead of a hotel.

However, CHECK THE LOCATION BEFORE YOU BOOK.

Something may look cheaper online, but if you’re far away from the main SOL areas, you could end up spending much more on taxis and transport throughout the four days.

Send us the location before booking if you’re unsure.

👯 CAN MY GROUP STAY AT DIFFERENT HOTELS?

Yes.

However, we’d recommend groups stay together or at least within the same area where possible.

Remember, SOL takes place across multiple venues, so choosing your accommodation location carefully will make getting around much easier.

💰 HOW CAN I MAKE MY SOL TRIP CHEAPER?

PLAN EARLY!

The biggest thing you can do is avoid leaving everything until the last minute.

Our recommendation:

💳 CAN I PAY FOR MY SOL TICKET IN INSTALMENTS?

YES!

Payment plans are available so you don’t have to pay for your entire SOL ticket at once.

You’ll make your initial payment/deposit and then spread the remaining balance across the payment-plan period.

Please make sure all payments are made by the deadlines stated when booking.

💰 WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?

It is your responsibility to keep up with your payment schedule.

If you think you’re going to have an issue with an upcoming payment, contact us as soon as possible rather than leaving it until the last minute.

Please also check the terms attached to your specific payment plan when purchasing.

🎟️ WHAT DOES MY SOL TICKET INCLUDE?

Your SOL ticket gives you access to the events included within the specific ticket/package you purchase across 20th–23rd May 2027.

Different ticket types or packages may have different inclusions.

Please check your ticket description carefully when purchasing.

Flights, accommodation, activities, transfers and optional add-ons are not automatically included unless your package specifically states that they are.

🎉 HOW MANY EVENTS WILL THERE BE?

SOL isn’t just one party.

You’re getting a 4-day destination event experience with multiple events taking place across different venues.

Expect a mixture of daytime and nighttime experiences throughout the trip.

The full official schedule, venues and timings will be released to ticket holders.

🏝️ WHAT EVENT ADD-ONS / ACTIVITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE?

There will be optional activities and experiences available during the trip, including:

These activities are optional add-ons and may require an additional payment on top of your SOL ticket.

Some activities will have limited spaces, so we recommend booking early once they’re released.

🚌 WILL TRANSPORT BE PROVIDED?

Transport arrangements will depend on your ticket/package and the individual event.

We will release information regarding event transfers, meeting points and recommended transport arrangements closer to the trip.

Please do not assume your ticket includes airport transfers, hotel transfers or transportation unless specifically stated within your package.

🎫 WILL I RECEIVE A SOL WRISTBAND?

Yes.

SOL guests will receive a wristband that will be used for access to the relevant SOL events included within their ticket.

Full information regarding wristband collection locations, dates and times will be sent to ticket holders closer to the trip.

Keep your wristband safe throughout the four days.

YES.

Bring valid physical identification with you.

Individual venues may require you to present ID alongside your SOL wristband before allowing entry.

Each SOL event will have its own theme, vibe and recommended dress code.

We’ll release individual event information beforehand so you know exactly what to pack.

🛂 PASSPORTS, VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

🇬🇧 I’M TRAVELLING FROM THE UK — DO I NEED A VISA?

If you’re travelling on a British Citizen passport for a normal holiday from 19th–24th May 2027, you do not normally need to obtain a tourist visa in advance for a short stay in the Dominican Republic.

You will need to make sure you meet the Dominican Republic’s entry requirements, including having the correct:

The Dominican Republic requires travellers to complete its electronic entry and departure form (E-Ticket).

IMPORTANT: Entry requirements can change between now and May 2027. It is your responsibility to check the latest official Dominican Republic and UK Government travel advice before travelling.

🇺🇸 I’M TRAVELLING FROM THE USA — DO I NEED A VISA?

If you’re travelling on a U.S. passport for tourism for the SOL dates, you do not normally need to obtain a tourist visa for a stay of this length.

You should have:

🛂 A valid U.S. passport meeting the current Dominican Republic requirements

✈️ A round-trip/onward airline ticket

🏨 Your accommodation details/address

💰 Sufficient funds for your stay

📲 A completed Dominican Republic E-Ticket for entry and departure

The Dominican Republic tourist-card charge is generally incorporated into airline ticket charges.

Please check the latest official U.S. and Dominican Republic travel requirements before travelling, as requirements may change before May 2027.

🌍 WHAT IF I’M TRAVELLING ON ANOTHER PASSPORT?

If you’re travelling on another passport, CHECK THE REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NATIONALITY.

Visa and entry requirements are based on the passport you are travelling with, not simply the country you’re flying from.

It is each guest’s responsibility to make sure they have the correct:
